“Pride of niner nation”
The UNC Charlotte “Pride of Niner Nation” Marching Band (PNNMB) is the largest and most visible spirit organization on campus, representing a wide variety of majors from each college within the university. The band entertains thousands of fans each year at football games, community performances, and regional high school marching band festivals. The band’s unique style combines exciting arrangements from diverse musical genres with traditional and contemporary drill design.

As UNC Charlotte’s Marching Band, members of the “Pride of Niner Nation” will have the privilege of establishing traditions at the university that will last for decades.
Audition information
Prospective members of the featured twirlers and drumline are required to perform an audition, as there are limited numbers of spots available in these sections. Get all the details on our auditions page!
