Spin Clinic – 5/4/2024
All Colorguard students 14 years old and up are encouraged to attend our annual Spin Clinic. There will be opportunities to work directly with our PNNMB staff and highly acclaimed clinicians. Lunch and PNNMB swag items are included in the registration.

Registration, Check-in & Parking Instructions:
- Check-in will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 4th, 2024 in the Johnson Band Center. See campus map (attached to email).
- Please bring your signed waiver forms or sign them via docusign before you arrive. These items are required for attendees to participate. If you are under the age of 18, you will need to have your parent/guardian sign the waiver forms. NO exceptions will be made.
- Participants driving themselves to campus should park in the East Deck 1 Parking Deck. Park only in valid parking spaces (See campus map). Parking deck gates should be open on the day of the clinic. In the event they are not, we unfortunately cannot validate parking.
- Participants who are NOT driving themselves may be dropped off/picked up in the traffic circle directly in front of the Belk Theater lobby of Robinson Hall for the Performing Arts (See campus map).
Schedule at a Glance:
8:00 – 8:30 a.m = Check-in (Johnson Band Center)
8:30 – 8:45 a.m. = Full Group Meeting outside the Johnson Band Center, Split to designated locations (Johnson Band Center and Belk Gym)
8:45 – 12:00p.m. = Morning Session (designated locations)
12:00 – 1:30 p.m. = Lunch Break (SoVi – South Village Dining Hall – lunch provided)
1:30 – 5:00 p.m. = Afternoon Clinic Session (designated locations)
5:00 p.m. = Dismissal
Lunch:
All participants will break for lunch from 12:00-1:30 p.m. Remember your registration cost ($20) includes a free meal at our South Village Dining Hall. There will be a wide variety of food options to accommodate any dietary needs or restrictions.
PNNMB Items:
As part of your registration fee, all participants will receive various swag items (backpack, water bottle, and sticker) We encourage you to use these items throughout the day!
What to Wear:
Please wear comfortable athletic clothes that allow you to move easily – no jeans. Participants should also wear sneakers, running shoes, or dance shoes. No flip-flops or sandals, please. Bring rain gear just in case the weather changes.
What to Bring:
- Personal water cooler/water bottle
- Any personal items in a small backpack
- Strongly encouraged to bring your own drumline equipment, flag pole/rifle, batons from your high school.
- We will have a limited amount of university equipment available to use
WAIVER FORMS:
To fully participate all clinic participants REQUIRED bring these signed forms on the day of the clinic. These forms must be signed by you (or your parent/guardian if you are under 18). If you do not have the signed forms when you arrive on May 4, you will not be able to participate.
